“Not fancy, but fabulous”

This would have to be one of my favourite boutique hotels, so much so we checked out (as we had a booking for another property) and checked back in later in the week. The hotel is not fancy, there is limited services/facilities which is why they are only a 3 star rating, however the hotel room quality is far higher than 3 star. There is no pool - but you don't need one with the beach a stones throw away (and there is a spa/jacuzzi) and a sun deck for hotel guests with day beds which you can order drinks and food from the restaurant bar and bring back to the deck (self service). The rooms are furnished with quality furnishings and fittings and very clean. The view is fabulous from ocean facing rooms - worth the splurge! The restaurant is lovely, good service and outstanding food with an amazing view. Be aware: there is no lift and all rooms are on the 1st floor - so you will need to carry your own suitcases up (no offer to help) No iron/ironing board available in the rooms (I think there was somewhere I could go to iron, but I wasn't bothered unless I could iron in my room) Rooms not facing the ocean are a little on the small side - but very well priced Hot breakfast options limited to eggs, but a good continental selection.

Hands up for husekeeping! If you're anything like me, you are hoping for perfectly, and I mean perfectly clean - and this place for all of it's feeling of authenticity feels like it's been recently refurbished (particularly the bedrooms). The sheets, duvets and beds feel brand new and are dreamily comfortable. Just FYI I came here with my 5 year old daughter (don't worry, this isn't a kid zone hotel) - but it's certainly very welcoming to all. I'd say it is perhaps more a restaurant with rooms (12 I think), so there's no concierge, not always someone at reception, and information comes from the wonderful wait staff who are busy throughout the day, but particularly for evening service as this is a very popular restaurant. It has a fairly limited menu, but there's something for 3 days worth (for us at least). TIPS: Take the secret path behind the hotel and around the cliff for a tiny cove/ cave and rope swing into crystal clear waters. There is also a fabulous restaurant near by for lunch or dinner at Son Jaumell. I'll come back here if I'm ever in the north of Mallorca.

“In response to meal here”
Just finished dinner here and was really good. No idea what the other reviewers complaints were. Everything we had was excellent and the views are great. We had pasta lamb and steak and all were excellent

“Beautiful hotel”
