Location wise the ames is perfect with the harbour . Freedom trail . Faneuil hall . City centre stores . Bars . Restaurants and the common all short walks from the hotel . The T stop could not of been closer helping travel further afield such as Fenway park etc. So apart from location hotel is pretty cool such a beautiful building and almost every staff member we came across was really nice ( just one lady a bit grumpy on reception one day but everyone can have a bad day ) Room was up there with best weve stayed in and was well serviced daily Hotel no longer has bar or restaurant . As we were on vacation we planned to eat out every night anyway although after a long day sightseeing a bar to wind down in rather than go back out would be good. Still gave this 5 out of 5 because for us it didnt matter really. Overall location was perfect .room was stunning so all good

This hotel was a perfect choice for our visit to Boston. We easily were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and see. The team here also makes your stay super pleasant. David, the Concierge listens well and always gave us great recommendations. The Housekeeping team is outstanding - our room was immaculate each day when we returned and the Front Desk team seemed truly happy to have us approach so they could assist us. They have a dream team of hospitality when it comes to the people you meet as a guest.

“Right at the heart of the center”

Ames hotel is so conveniently located you can just walk around to go wherever you want. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
