“Amazing Employees”

I had a wonderful experience staying here! I had booked a room at a Quality Inn in Aurora because I was told that they had an open indoor pool and the only reason I was getting a room to begin with was to surprise my 12- and 9-years old nephews. I grew up in Aurora and usually stay with a family member when I come for a visit so this was something I wouldn't usually splurge on. When I got to the Quality Inn the lady at the front desk was rude and short when I asked her for a cart to get all of our stuff up to our second-floor room and apparently, they do not have any there. I then asked her if she could tell us where the pool was located and when I looked up she kind of scoffed and said, "our pool isn't open yet, it's not Memorial Day," my nephews were both very disappointed but I was trying to save the experience so I continued to tell them we would rent a movie and still have fun but I could tell they were upset, as we had just left Target after buying floaties and goggles and water guns... The pool not being open was the least of my concerns once we got to our room though! I was appalled! There were yellow stains on the sheets, the beds were doubles as opposed to the 2 queens I had booked and worst of all there was vomit or fecal matter, not sure which on the wall! Needless to say, we couldn't leave fast enough! Fortunately, I was able to book a room at the SYLO Hotel by Ramada and once we got there the front desk clerk was able to turn our evening around and I couldn't be more grateful to Patti for not only listening to my experience but going above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! The pool WAS opened as advertised there and my nephews were ecstatic which made me happy! After Patti finished her shift, Kamal came on as the front desk clerk and was also great! He also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Next time I come for a visit and decide to get a room instead of staying at a family member's house, I will save myself the stress and just book here first!

“Great Hotel for an affordable price”

We had a cancelled flight and had to look for a hotel for the night. Sylo Hotel Denver Airport was easy to check in and loved the convenience of free transportation to and from the hotel. “It's a very nice hotel. You will definitely enjoy this one better than a lot of the other wyndham hotels”

It's very well cleaned that workers are very kind and outfit, and the area is a good place to be, they have a train that goes all into the city of Denver all the way to the airport and also they have a shuttle bus.
