Anlässlich des Inkrafttretens der neuen Gesetzesverordnung 1/2020 vom 17. Januar 2020 gegen übermäßigen Tourismus zur Qualitätsverbesserung in touristischen Gebieten am 23. Januar 2020 wird die vollständige Abschaffung des All-Inclusive-Angebots beschlossen, das unbegrenzt alkoholische Getränke enthält. Es werden nur maximal 3 alkoholische Getränke pro Kunde während des Mittags- und/oder Abendessens akzeptiert.
Als Vermarktungsunternehmen für touristische Aufenthalte müssen wir Sie darüber hinaus über folgende Einschränkungen informieren:
Verhaltensweisen, die für das Leben, die Gesundheit und die körperliche Unversehrtheit der Kunden gefährlich sind, sind in Touristenunterkünften und in Wohnungen, die Gegenstand einer touristischen Vermarktung sind, verboten. In jedem Fall wird es als gefährliche Verhaltensweise angesehen, von einem Balkon oder Fenster zu einem anderen zu wechseln und von unangemessene Orten in Swimmingpools, in die Tiefe oder auf andere Elemente zu springen oder sich zu werfen (das sogenannten Balconing). Kunden, die diese Verhaltensweisen zeigen, müssen, ungeachtet der ihnen möglicherweise auferlegten Strafen, gemäß dieser Gesetzesverordnung und den entsprechenden kommunalen Verordnungen unverzüglich aus der Einrichtung ausgewiesen werden. Die Ausweisung muss durch die Direktion der Einrichtung oder den Vermarkter der Wohnung angeordnet werden, die die Zusammenarbeit der Sicherheitsbehörden und -kräfte anfordern können.
In Übereinstimmung mit dem in den Artikeln 11 bis 22 der oben genannten Verordnung enthaltenen Sanktionsregelung gilt die Nichteinhaltung des im vorhergehenden Absatz enthaltenen Verbots von Verhaltensweisen, die für das Leben, die Gesundheit und die körperliche Unversehrtheit gefährlich sind, als schwerwiegende Straftat. Schwerwiegende Verstöße werden mit einer Strafe zwischen 6.001 und 60.000 Euro geahndet.

“Good value, very central”

This hotel is about as close as you can get to the centre of this really beautiful city. The staff were helpful, the room large and clean. Our Spanish isn't good, but it seems that they only do breakfast at the weekend, but not a problem because it's central to a lot of bars. A bit odd that they asked us to pay in cash. Not a problem, they said right at the beginning.

“cheap, clean & central”

This is a great central location to see all those amazing sites especially around the University area. Architecture, tapas and experiences unique to Spain. The hotel has pristine rooms with comfortable beds and TV. Large bathroom. We had a room overlooking the Torre del Clavero. Short walking distance to all the sites and so many tapas bars to choose from. €10 extra for secure overnight parking in their garage is worth it as parking is difficult in the area. The only draw-back to staying in the centre during term time is the all night noise from student revellers. So best take a siesta between 2.30pm - 5pm when is very quiet and not too many barking dogs that you get outside the town. Thoroughly recommend the Spanish Civil War museum that has opened recently. The central square has the cheapest tapas. A cheap cultural break for us oldies.

“Good location”
I spent a weekend at Hotel Torre de Clavero. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a good value for money. The only thing I disliked about the hotel was that the wi fi signal was so weak that we practically couldn't use it. It's perfect for short stays.

We had a twin room which cost us 55 euros including tax. The room was very warm (late April) and there is no way that you can control the heat. I mentioned this to reception and they suggested I open the window. Since this was the only way to cool the room, we did as was suggested. Unfortunately, even though the room doesn't face the street (room 207), the noise from outside kept us awake until 4 or 5 in the morning. Breakfast costs 6 euros each and is reasonable value. As noted before, parking, which costs 11 euros a night is extremely tight. I'm used to tight parking in Spain but still scraped my bumper.
