This is a great place with 6 rooms next to a Metro station, a couple of hundreded metres from the Archeological Museum and on the edge of the old town. I loved staying here. The room I had was large and comfortable and very quiet considering it was facing a busy square. Breakfast was a little limited due to Covid regulations, but they did what they could. As other people said, there is no permanent staff on site, but this presented no problem at all, easy communication with the staff, who all spoke English very well. The only thing I would critisize is that I filtered for "parking available", which is clearly not, you have to go to some close-by place for 25 Euros a day, which apparantly is the standard price. Because this was not clearly communicated, I take one star off.

Our group of 10 spent a few nights in Naples recently and enjoyed our time at the PortAlba Relais, part of Naples Center Hotels. PortAlba is more of a bed and breakfast. There is no constant desk staff. You have to contact the owners and let them know when you plan to arrive. Someone will meet you to check you in. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel is on Piazza Dante, convenient to cabs and a metro stop. It’s also very near many of the historical attractions in Naples, including the archaeological museum. We had breakfast prepared on site each morning. You fill out your order the evening before and a chef fixes everything that morning. All of the staff people we met were friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that we ran out of hot water a couple of times. Other than that, we were all pleased with PortAlba Relais. I don’t think you can find a better location!
