Anlässlich des Inkrafttretens der neuen Gesetzesverordnung 1/2020 vom 17. Januar 2020 gegen übermäßigen Tourismus zur Qualitätsverbesserung in touristischen Gebieten am 23. Januar 2020 wird die vollständige Abschaffung des All-Inclusive-Angebots beschlossen, das unbegrenzt alkoholische Getränke enthält. Es werden nur maximal 3 alkoholische Getränke pro Kunde während des Mittags- und/oder Abendessens akzeptiert.
Als Vermarktungsunternehmen für touristische Aufenthalte müssen wir Sie darüber hinaus über folgende Einschränkungen informieren:
Verhaltensweisen, die für das Leben, die Gesundheit und die körperliche Unversehrtheit der Kunden gefährlich sind, sind in Touristenunterkünften und in Wohnungen, die Gegenstand einer touristischen Vermarktung sind, verboten. In jedem Fall wird es als gefährliche Verhaltensweise angesehen, von einem Balkon oder Fenster zu einem anderen zu wechseln und von unangemessene Orten in Swimmingpools, in die Tiefe oder auf andere Elemente zu springen oder sich zu werfen (das sogenannten Balconing). Kunden, die diese Verhaltensweisen zeigen, müssen, ungeachtet der ihnen möglicherweise auferlegten Strafen, gemäß dieser Gesetzesverordnung und den entsprechenden kommunalen Verordnungen unverzüglich aus der Einrichtung ausgewiesen werden. Die Ausweisung muss durch die Direktion der Einrichtung oder den Vermarkter der Wohnung angeordnet werden, die die Zusammenarbeit der Sicherheitsbehörden und -kräfte anfordern können.
In Übereinstimmung mit dem in den Artikeln 11 bis 22 der oben genannten Verordnung enthaltenen Sanktionsregelung gilt die Nichteinhaltung des im vorhergehenden Absatz enthaltenen Verbots von Verhaltensweisen, die für das Leben, die Gesundheit und die körperliche Unversehrtheit gefährlich sind, als schwerwiegende Straftat. Schwerwiegende Verstöße werden mit einer Strafe zwischen 6.001 und 60.000 Euro geahndet.

“High quality hotel”
We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as we came here with a friend for long weekend to explore Milan and surrounding lakes. And I can't complain about this hotel. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as we came here with a friend for long weekend to explore Milan and surrounding lakes. And I can't complain about this hotel. First of all, the room was very clean. It was cleaned every day, couldn't notice a dust after it. We didn't have to think about throwing towels on the ground - they were replaced every day no matter what. Every day we found new soap, shower gel, shampoo and other amenities. Beds were made and even my friend found his shirt, which he left just hanging on the radiator in the bathroom, neatly folded on his bed. That's top notch quality. Second, it was quiet. I didn't hear any noises, nor from outside, nor from neighbors, which is important for me, cause I value my sleep quality. The beds were comfortable as well. So perfect here as well. Third, the metro was about 3-4 minutes walking from the hotel, so it was very easy to reach train station or city center - it took about 25-30 minutes. Of course, it takes a bit, but we knew that and for us it was not a burden. The surrounding area has plenty of food outlets - simple take away outlets, cafes, retaurants and even a winery, so pretty convenient. I have only a couple very small complaints, but they didn't affect perfect rate for this hotel. First, there were always cigaretts smell in the hall, no matter what time of the day or night. Maybe I don't know something, maybe there are some rooms where people are allowed smoking. And it didn't reach our room, so didn't affect us, just was a bit weird. Second, greent light above door. It was very bright and shining into my eyes at night. I know it has some kind of purpose, so probably it's not like hotel is responsible for that. Anyway, we covered it for the night and problem was solved. Third, the shower could be a little bit bigger. But as I mentioned, it didn't affect perfect rating for this great hotel. I would come back here again and from now on I will keep in mind that NH group hotels provide great quality.

We had a birthday weekend trip as couple in Milano and the service provided by NH Milano Concordia was perfect. The receptionists are amazing: they took care of every aspect of our trip: restaurants, transportation, preparing a birthday cake, ensuring we can deposit our luggage the last day next to our train station meanwhile we hang out... We took a breakfast at the hotel and the food was just delicious. The place was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and I will return with pleasure. :)

“excellent”
everything was perfect! Very nice soft bed and pillows. We had a free upgrade to superior room as there was a problem with the heating in our room. Breakfast has a great variety to choose from. Location also great. One block away from metro station.

“NH took good care of our family”
As always I can trust NH to take Good care of our family. Even though it is not on a central location, has a quick acces to public Transport. Very good buffet breakfast, well maintained facilities and cleaning service. Staff members willing to make you feel at home!
